    Why isn't my pet reacting?

    Not every pet responds the same way. About 50–75% of cats are genetically wired to react to catnip, and kittens under 6 months rarely respond at all. For dogs, some simply aren't as reactive as others. Try squeezing or crumbling the product to release more scent — or try a different blend.

    How do I use and refill this product?

    For loose catnip or Juananip, sprinkle a small pinch on a toy, scratching post, or play area. For refillable toys, open the side pocket, add a pinch of your preferred blend, and close it up. Refresh whenever your pet loses interest.

    How do I store this to keep it fresh?

    Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place — the freezer works great for preserving potency. If your product has lost its scent, it's time to replace it.

    Even though the jar was well sealed my kitties knew there was a great treat inside and kept sniffing the jar. I finally opened the jar and gave them each a pinch, they went wild!

    I was so anxious for this product to arrive but sadly my cats show no interest. It does have a different fragrance from just plain nip and so maybe there is something that they are not attracted to. I tried it in a fillable toy and also just sprinkling it on their cat condo. I might try blending it with more straight nip just so it doesn't all go to waste.

    Sharp thorny bits in the jar

    I bought this jar to replace one that was empty of a different type. I always put in a large pinch of it i sprinkle it about on the cat bed and the scratcher pads. I reached into the stuff and immediately noticed something thorny feeling.
    There was a LOT of these sharp bits. They felt like thistles and stuck in my fingers like i handled a cactus and got those tiny barbs in my fingers.
    I am not sure what in this mix is thorny but I know not to put it in the at bed. I just put it on the scratcher. and do NOT use my fingers anymore. Only use a scoop of some sort or a spoon for it.

    Cats Love It But Could Use More Bud and Less Stem

    Both of our cats love it which I was worried that one wouldn't but they both seem to chew on it and not have any issue we also have a stray cat that will give little pieces too he loves it so the cats are happy either high they play they run around they attack each other but overall that's in fun and they love the smell of the taste I like that it performs as it should I think that they should probably take more of the stems out and put more of the bud you know no seats no stems bro and they absolutely go crazy for it every single time!
